wow, we've managed to get a bright one now! the 2.4 liter motor is absolutely gutless, i dont see why you think its so fast but i got a feeling youre the type to have the light up washer nozzles and APC stickers all over the car.... there IS a replacement for displacement, its call a really good flowing head and a turbo, KA has niether

if dan240sx wants to "beat all other smaller displacement motor'd cars" ive got a lil 2.0 awd sitting in the driveway that as far as i know is quicker than 9/10 of the cars represented here

and if that doesnt work, a 1.3 liter that i KNOW is faster:D

yeah, you may have almost a half liter on the sr20, but the sr20 owns u, ur mom, and the redneck, inbred kid u and ur mom had together. go race a stock sr20......see what happens. and you are dissing on vtec and all of that. hmm, race a stock type R integra, or a gsr, hell....even a civic si has a better 1/4 mile time that a stock 240sx.

i dunno who you think you are and why you think you have some extra special "fast" 240sx, but you need to just know ur place in this world.....ur place is getting beat by a majority of cars and also being considered one of the "slower" cars on the road when it comes to a stock or lightly modified vehicle. just admit it and stop being dumb. you're quickly making urself unwanted on this board.

and whats the crap about beating Stealth R/Ts and whatever else you said? you need a reality check my man. peace.

I HATE those types of forums. Forum-Nazis!!! What's the fun if its soo strictly monitored?

The KA24de isn't horriblely slow...i think the 0-60 was high 7s/low 8s on the S13. Its respectable, i think. I agree the Sr is much better...almost 2 seconds better.

your comparing a naturally aspirated car to a forced induction car. KA24de vs. SR20de, i think your arguement might be a little different.

id take a 2.4 liter over the 2.0 liter if i had the choice. Id have a lot more fun making the ka+t, than the sr+t.

does anyone know where i can get an sr20det. im drivin a 240 in louisville ky and im really wantin the swap. ive been looking for a while and i cant find one. so if anyone can give me any info it would really be appreciated.
