sr20 rebuild?

ok, first off, i am about to buy a s13 with an sr20det swap. but im not 100% sure if i should buy it.. they told me it has a low end knock and needs to be rebuilt. it has a smashed windshields, all the hubs and rotors are shot.. also has restored salvage titile. he also mentioned the spark plugs have a slight bit of rust. but it has rims, the sr, exhaust, detachable steering wheel, welded diff, brand new aluminum radiator,new intercooler and piping and just got wired for the sr but its not drivable. he wants 1200! i think if i take the sr out, rebuild it, swap it into my s13 and sell the shell i will make out on the deal.. what do you think?

i would the sell chassis for 800 to 1000. put 3000 into sr and drop in your s13. boom after sell of chassis u have freshly rebiult sr20det and car with about 3000 in it
