how hard is it to fix a spun rod in a 1992 ka24de and what exacly is it?is it on the heads or on the block?

you have to take out the bottom of the oil pan, check which rods have a spun bearing, and replace.

Depending on how long you drove it with the spun bearing, you might want to check the roundness of the crankshaft, block, and girdle.
