hey. i was messing with the gauge cluster and now my needles are giving me problems. it starts all the way at the bottom instead of 0. (so when reading 0 im going about 25, 25=50 etc.) is there any way to reset the needles or fix it?

Be careful what you tell the dealer.

hey Jacob i emailed you back. check email ill try my best to help you fix it

this is why i tell people stop messing with your gauge clusters its really easy to f*** it up permanently, i get emails from people all the time asking me for a wright up telling me they wanna do this gauge swap themselves asking for a step by step how to, and i keep explaining it to people that this is not something you should attempt on your own your gauge cluster stores all your info odometer and what not if you mess up ur original cluster you can void your warranty real quick take it to Nissan see what happens see what they say after you tell them you opened up your gauge cluster to mod it. people attempt this at your own risk, but let me tell you this is the 4th person that emailed me asking me to fix their cluster that they f***ed up and dont know what to do now

i had done alot of research before attempting this mod on my car and feeling comfortable with my work to do this for others.... i work as an electrical engineer and have a considerable amount of experience with this type of work.

warning to all again attempt this at your own risk. dont be surprised if you ruin your gauge cluster

over and out

ya talk 2 surnamhe's the man herethat s*** is the exact same thing that happen to me

the way surnam tought me how to fix it is to pop out the needles by putting your fingers underaneath then pulling them outthen kinda put the needle back on so you can spin the speedometer and spin it slowly until it feels like you can't spin itthen line it up back to where it use to be then push it in

i couldnt' completely fix my rpm but its pretty much back to normal

good luck manif youc an't figure it out get surnam to fix it for udon't go to the dealer
