speedometer and odometer not working!!! help!

So the speed sensor was changed brand new. I went to test another cluster yesterday and connected it and nothing...everything on the cluster works except odometerand speedometer . Only seen the odometer change number once went from 200889 to 200890. Any suggestions or info please. Just bought this car 3 week ago and was not working since I bought it.

Moved to the proper forum.

It's a wiring issue, if you're using a new speed sensor and a known good cluster. This is a known good cluster, yes? Check wires between the cluster and the ECU. Also check the connector behind the cluster for corrosion. And lastly, the sensor to the ECU.
