speed limter

the 240sx has a 115 mph speed limter, right? does it also have a rev limiter. i know they're there for safty reasons, but i dont want them my buddy works at a dealer and they got one of those comps that u hook up to ur ECU, and he says its possible to find the line of programming that limits those things and delete them, so is this possible or not? any other solutioin besides getting JWT ECU?
