can i cut the speed signal wire and remove the speed limiter as how the ka's do?

If you know some that has an eprom burner and rom editor, it will take 2 seconds to remove or increase your speed/rev limiter.

don't cut anything, just don't hook up the 5th gear sensor. There's no 4th gear sensor on the CA transmission, so the only thing holding you back is the 5th gear one...

What speed limiter?

Perhaps JDM one have, but UK ones don't.

fsm dosnt say anythign about 5th gear sensor?

do you mean neutral switch? or?

not the neutral switch, not the speed sensor, the other one (there is 3 IIRC). On the KA there is another sensor (4th gear sensor) so there is 4 total. CA only has a 5th gear sensor.
