Spec V P1147 code

I have a 2001 Spec V that just threw code P1147. I've searched the forums and suspect it is a code for one of the O2 sensors. Aren't these codes specific to each individual Nissan model? If so, can anyone tell me what this means for late model Sentra. Thanks for any help. Would like to try and fix myself, especially if it just is replacing one of the O2 sensors.

The code is for the one of the o2 sensors.

From what I've been able to look up, 1147 is "manufacturer control, air/fuel metering" which would imply either the first O2 sensor or something in the intake system.
