Ok im still confused about what to do with my headers i bought. I know that my stock exhaust manifold is gonna create problems i already lost the motor out of my 2002 spec v over this. So i went on ebay and bought a header from some brand called obx r. The new manifold only has one port for the stock sensors. Last time i posted i was told to get a sim or a bung and i have no clue where to locate those or what they even are. I also read that you can extend the wiring on the second sensor and have it welded into the exhaust after the cat so i wont get a check engine light. If anyone has advice on what to do or where i can find a sim or bung i would greatly appreciate your knowledge because i would hate to lose another motor out of my spec v that i've only had for 5 months. Also my clutch has been slipping ever since the new motor has been put in and they used the original flywheel so i know that isn't the cause.

not an adequate solution for those of us in states with regular Emissions testing.

You should be able to get a bung welded to the exhaust at any Muffler shop just inquire about it, they should be able to provide one.

That's too much of a pain, IMO.

In order to simulate a right signal and pass emissions you need to either get a bung welded in for the second O2 sensor behind the catalytic converter under the car OR use a spark plug defouler to make the sensor read clean. Google the defouler method (or search, I think I've posted it in detail before) if you go that route. Am exhaust shop can weld the bung in for $25-50, so that's a little more expensive but also a little easier on your part. I have my second O2 sensor after my cat. I did that when I went turbo and just left it back there after everything had to be taken off. It still works fine and I pass emissions yearly.

Take the clutch issue to Nissan. Sounds like they messed up on the engine install.
