For anything other than real high horsepower applications, use the Nissan NGK it calls for in the manual, anything else is a downgrade.

I'm running NGK iridium tip plugS. They seem to be what my car likes.

Just whatever you do, don't try and gap iridium plugS, because you will break the tips of the plugS

Actually you can gap iridium plugs, you just have to be real careful not to touch the iridium tip, as it will break off.

http://sparkplugs.com/faqmain.aspLook under "iridium plugs" and "gapping" for some more info.

Some finewire iridium plugs will be a good upgrade for your vehicle. Let me know if you have any other questions
