spark plugs

can anyone explain to me how to replace the spark plugs on my 1995 infiniti j30, i dont want to take it to the dealer because they will charge me too much, your suppose to replace them after 60,000 miles, my car has 79,000 miles and i still havent done it. will replacing the spark plugs help me the car run smoother? i already got the transmission service done. I also want to know why my abs light comes on. it happens about every two weeks. I would appreciate if anyone helps. thanks you can email me at [email protected]

unplug coil. unbolt coil. remove coil.remove spark plug.install new spark plug.install coil.plug in coil.repeat 5 more times.

if you cant identify the ignition coils, close the hood and slowly back away.
