Which brand of spark plugs are best for the Z? I'v had my Z since may of this year, and I think it's bout time I upgrade to some better spark plugs. Seriously..Because I think the ones I'm on are just about worn out and are starting to robbing my z of power. So which brand last the longest and gives the best spark? I have already bought Bosch platinum spark plugs, But from what some of my nissan people tell me, Either NGK Iridium sparks or Pulse plugs are the way to go. So I'm gonaa go ahead and take the Bosch platinum's back and buy the NGK's and install em in. I nedd your feedback on which brands you guys use and how satisfied you are with your plugs.

most new cars eome with platinum or iridium plugs stock, both of which are good for 100k miles, so I'm willing to wager yours are fine, I don't recoend german plugs for a japanese car, I like the Denso's as they are actually made in japan, honestly not a real big deal, plugs are plugs, you aren't going to see any power improvement, save your money and buy a cold air intake

If you're going to change them go with NGk

NGK's are also made in Japan, and are usually used in Nissans.

Denso's are usually used in toyota cars and trucks.

Everyone who said NGK is absolutely right. I just changed my sparks last week because I had a misfire and my Z is fastr than ever. (bought it used). They ngk platinum power are stock, but the iridiums would be a nice upgrade if you can afford them. NGKs platinum power cost 10 each and iridiums went for about 20 in local pep boys or auto zone. Go with NGK without a doubt. Z's love to shoot out check engine lights and thats exactly what youll get if you go for champion or bosche. I recommend denso's as well but i would go with the upgrade to NGKs, your Z will be a lot happier. Good luck!
