Had a great time, another HUGE success with about thirty 240's showing up throughout the day. Got to see a lot of new faces and sweet cars. I REALLY liked the Red RB25 powered S14 and of course seeing the Orange RB26 powered S13 was just amazing!I couldn't have asked for a better meet. Thanks again to all those in attendance and hope the 10 or so others who missed this meet will try and make it to the next one. Enjoy the pics!

SFL240SX Meet #5 Saturday Night 10/11/03

Hello everyone,

It's been a while since the last meet almost 3 months. I have been very busy with school and with planning the big BBQ on November 23 but now the time has come.

It is finally time for SFL240SX Meet #5

This time it will be a little different. Instead of the typical Sunday type thing during the day it will be held this Saturday night at Street Legal Imports which is run by Jeff with the yellow RB25DET powered S13. I know a lot of you were having trouble figuring out where it is so I decided a caravan would be the best idea. We have to be there at SLI by 9pm so the caravan will have to meet at about 7:45pm leaving enough time for everyone to show up so we can drive up as a group. For those who live near SLI I will include the link to directions, address, and the phone number in case you get lost. For the caravan I need everyone to show up to the regular spot on SW 8 street and 107 avenue in the parking lot with the Taco Bell, Burger King, Miami Subs, at 7:45pm sharp! Please don't be too late or you will get left behind as I promised Jeff we would all be there at 9pm

Since this is Jeff's Private Property and it 100% legal he charges a $5 entry per person which is quite fair for the piece of mind of a legal chill spot. Here is the link to the directions for those not participating in the caravan.

Phone number for SLI (305) 652 - 1240 http://ftp://216.242.212.77/us...t.htm

I also got a new order of SFL240SX t-shirts thanks to Andrew which will be on sale for $8 I have Large and X-Large

Raffle tickets for the BBQ on Nov 23 will also be on sale for $2 each or three for $5 The prizes for the raffle will be brought to you by our many sponsors which I guarantee will be well worth the raffle ticket costs. Here is the link to the BBQ info page: http://www.sfzcc.com/Calendar/Nov03/Meet/

See you all Saturday! KYLE

I unfortunately have to cancel this Saturday's meet at Street Legal Imports. After speaking with Jeff today he informed me the guy he rents the property from no longer wishes to allow Jeff to have his normal Saturday events anymore.... it really sucks and I am sorry. The next meet will be the big BBQ on Sunday November 23 so hurry up and get all your new mods installed. Once again, sorry guys/girls.

Been so busy I just got around to posting the pics of the last meet here on NICO:

Another big success with about 45 240's showing up throughout the day. Thanks to all who attended and made SFL240SX Meet #5 great!

Handful of SR, KA-T, and RB with a little story to go along with some pics. Read the captions there is a couple funny ones.

Hello everyone, the SFL240SX website is up. It is still under construction for now, but the forums are fully operational so please stop by and register so we can all talk online and really get the local South Florida 240sx scene going. You must register to be able to see all the topics since many are hidden to non-registered visitors. I am not trying to compete with other 240 sites, this is just to give SFL240SX a place to call "Home"

The official site is SFL240SX.COM but for now use this link which will take you right to the forums. I will build the site over time but enjoy the forums for now:

http://www.sfl240sx.com/forums

I will be scheduling the next meet for several weeks from now so keep checking the website and your email for updates.
