Hey guys. Posted this on the Z side and not getting much feedback. Do you think if I got this material and put it under my carpet in my hatch area that it would block some of my road noise?

I'm going to measure and see if it will work and I'm going to give it a shot. I don't mind engine noise, but just the sound of tires on pavement is not cool.

Hubby is out of town tonight so me and Z-Bo are going to have a spa night. He needs it. :dance

I would first start by installing it in the fender areas where Nissan may not have installed any before getting aggressive and trying to cover the whole thing. If you have factory sound deadening you would want to remove that before installing the Dynamat. Clean the hell out of the area first as well.

They also make a spray version that works well for areas that regular dynomat won't cover.

Chocolate isn't my problem. Tasty adult beverages is my weekness. :naughty:

Update:

Ok, it wasn't a miracle cure, but it does deaden some of the sounds and makes the car just sound more solid. Don't really know how to explain it, but it has made an improvement. This stuff is extremely easy to work with. Worth the $100.

Perfect size for the Z. It is almost like they made it just for them. The 2 pieces I had to cut out for the wheel well, I put under the seats.
