what happens when you jiggle the key in the ignition switch? If you keep trying does it eventually start or are you saying your battery keeps dying?

Check the chasis earth! Nissans are notorious for these kind of issues.

If all else fails, the switch at the end of the clutch pedal may be malfunctioning. The one that makes you have to push the pedal in all the way before you can start it, that is.

Is that a stateside thing? I don't have to put the clutch in to start. That's gay, I would definately hotwire that.

Yes its a stupid thing here. Must be a law someplace since pretty much all cars are that way.

new cars are pretty annoying. Remote keyfob door locks got to dpress the brake or clutch to start, lights turn on and off by themselves. All you Onstar owners who think that is cool wait till they use the same technology to mail a ticket for speeding based on GPS data. Spooky man, I'm done with cars, I got the 30 and the 32 and all kubrickian sentient BS gadgets are getting axed

WTF?!? HAHAHAHA

2 things, how was florida and help me source a damn flywheel so I can rest in peace around here. I have 65 paypal bux and need to use them.

And its not all new cars that have that feature either. Alot of older ones have it too. My Dad's Plymouth Volare had the same feature and we wired it to a toggle switch when it broke.
