Thank you very much MRfire.MRfire wrote:Nice....looks sweet
Lol, I'm sorry, but i must have a dirty mind... It just sounded a bit peculiar the way it was worded and missing some punctuations... "oh btw girls that drives a hot car plus its a 6spd transmission, are hot in my book... " -slipstream_pnoy Were you talking about the girls? or a hot car? as a 6spd transmission? Lol. I'm really sorry. Bad humor! I still do understand what you're intended staement is. I just thought it came out funny.slipstream_pnoy wrote: so true so true...
Yeah i was going to be a nurse myself until i realize that i hate seeing blood, i prefer motor oil any day. oh btw girls that drives a hot car plus its a 6spd transmission, are hot in my book...
Thank you so much for the warm greeting. I really do appreciate it. And I wish I look like the car... with the right curves in the right places. hehe. I need to work out.xjmxstac wrote:Welcome to Nico! Nice car, it just has the right curves in the right places...
So glad that you like the Nismo trim in black as well. I love it. And definitely careful about touching her... she's a hot one! As far as keeping it clean... I think that's taken care of.evildky wrote:very nice, I too have been lusting after the Nismo, and the black does look best, ust gotta be ccareful to not get a third degree burn when you touch it in the sunlight, and impossible to keep clean
I would love to meet up with fellow Z owners. Do Z owners have meets on a regular?bmike818 wrote:Welcome to Nico!!!

Thank you JJ, and as for the offer, I'm not sure if I can marry you without getting to know who you are. I prefer the Z over the S after driving both from the same dealership. Drive all in all was smoother in the Z in terms of gear ratio vs engine noise. I know it's expected for the S to be loud since you're working with a 4 cylinder compared to the Z's 6 cylinder. It just felt a little easier to shift with the 6 since you can feel the torque at low rpm. Also considering that might right elbow is injured and most likely permanently crippled, i'm going to need something easy to shift. I love playing with my stick.jjdarkstuff wrote:The car's definately a good choice - congrats on another sweet ride....
And BTW - will you marry me (or at least move to chicago ) Beautiful girl rockin a nismo Z, benz, 300, and teg..........how can you get any better than that..............I'll give you one of my 240's to drift too! You just let me know when you want to come out
To be honest though, the S2K is a sweet car too, I've driven quite a few of those (none stock though) so really you couldn't have gone wrong either way, btu yeah, I'd pick hte nismo z too. They have a nismo z vert out by a dealer that I may go take a look at, but not sure I can part with the supercharger

Lol! "Too" <---? That's funny. Z definitely has curves in the right places... Unfortunately, I dont. I feel so evil though... I'm responding here while i'm at work. I should be selling cars! Btw, does anyone know any serious buyers for a GTR Premium? We just got it in Titanium today. Freakin SWEET! They let me sit in it. Imma post some pictures when I get home tonight.xjmxstac wrote:The Z has pretty good curves too....

I'm going to be honest with you, according to what I have known so far about these cars and dealerships... You won't be allowed to demo drive these beauties unless you have purchased it already. You can't even get as close as touching the vehicle. Just think about even being able to sit in it. Completely off limits, unless you find a used one next year that the owner selling just really wants to sell. Or maybe a friend will let you drive it. Just giving you heads up. These cars are treated with utmost importance. Delivery driver rolled up around 5 am this morning and he had to wait for a Nissan corp representative to pre-inspect the vehicle before it was taken off the truck, and after it was taken off the truck. Then took pictures of it as well. Only one specific mechanic was trained to handle this car. The only one who can move the car around the dealership. The owner of the dealership is pretty much the key holder and the only person that can sell it. None of the sales or managers are allowed to get near it. So yeah, I may be wrong about other dealerships, but that's what I know from dealerships around the vicinity.BlackSmoke wrote:I am going to be in the market for one next year. Maybe for the right price, and by then I will have test drove one somewhere and seen what I want to see, maybe you can find me one, but I want black or ivory pearl. If you are still in the forum at the time I would be happy to email you about.it.

You are very welcome. I figured share some inside info to consumers from dealer stand-point. Although I completely understand your enthusiasm, in all honesty, it's going to be really difficult to find used GTR's unless they're salvaged, the previous owner can't make their "condo" payments anymore, or they're just too dumb to let such a beauty leave. Anyway, lol, going back to the 6 spd transmission... Gosh I feel so bad... I love my stick. I've driven 6 spd before, let alone 5 spd is the first car I ever learned to drive and passed my DL test with. My very first AT car is the 300 Touring. It's probably the only time I'll ever drive AT. I'm sorry but who in their right mind would drive a sports car in AT?? I think it's such a ***** thing to do. I remember back in my Teggie days, actually scratch that, even up until now... I see kids with their "fixed-up" cars especially with the "tin-can" exhaust systems that acts as if they're cool in their whip and you can obviously tell that they're driving AT. I laugh at that. I know i'm mean, but don't you think the same? There's no doubt that you don't think otherwise. If so, step-up and I'll apologize.BlackSmoke wrote:WOW cant test drive unless purchased, that would be like getting married without dating. I will figure something out but thank you for explaining to me. I am sure in a year when the fad of all the idiots who want to buy them just for it being new and exciting they will relax on the rule and maybe they will have a few used ones out there. Hows that 6 spd transmission workin for ya?
Hun, you might want to read the post a little better, because I wasn't talking about my Z... I'm talking about being nervous around the GTR... Trust me, I've taken mine for a "drive" and scared the poopie out of my boss, even before I signed the papers. It was hilarious!!! He's still giving me a hard time about it. Lol, you "hit 155 in her. she likes being driven fast and hard." Damn it! I need to calm my brain down, I think too much. Is it me or was that worded a little FUNNY. LOL!!! Me and my dirty little mind. I'll leave it at that.R350Zz33 wrote:Dont be nervous around it im 17 and got my first z 2 days latter i hit 155 in her. she likes being driven fast and hard . if u want hit me up if u like younger guys u look madd chill and cute and i herd u can handle a stick .

oOo! What's your occupation at the dealership, if you don't mind me asking?Slider4105 wrote:sweet a novice driver doing 155, I feel safe.
Also the rules are pretty much the same at my Nissan dealer, although they let me run my fingers along the paint.....well they didn't tell me to stop lol. They said you could test drive it though if you basically plunked down enough money to buy the car in form of cash or check.
LoL! You're cute. And, , the last part... I suppose it does make sense, although, kind of cheapy. But hey, at this time , you have to save as much money as you can. Completely understandable. So not cheapy at all, just smart.bmike818 wrote:

you know... you are in my area .... I am looking for a Nismo Z.
maybe it will be cheaper to have a GF with a Nismo, rather than buying a Nismo myself
