I just replaced all of my fuel injectors, plenum gaskets and a majority of the hoses. I have a slight bobble which is about a tenth as bad as I had before. The bobble is inconsistent. I feel it when stopped at a light (in drive), but not when the car is in park. The bobble goes away once I get up to 40-45 mph. I checked all of the hoses to look for a vacuum leak. I hear a slight hiss form the fuel pressure regulator area, but I am nor sure if it is vacuum hiss. I didn’t replace the EGR gasket (it was in bad shape, I have one on order). Also, when I removed the throttle body, I left the throttle position sensor attached Do I need to adjust it? All of my injectors read 12.2-12.6 ohm at the harness connector on the passenger side. Lastly, I replaced the fuel filter about three months ago.
Should the brass top on the fuel pressure regulator rotate? I noticed that the vacuum stem was out of its initial location so I rotated it back. No fuel is being sucked through the vacuum line.
Short of going to the dealer for a diagnostic test, what should I try?
I changed the injectors because I had four that where reading 22+ ohm and my power was cut by ½ and the bobble was horrendous!
Thanks,
Boudreaux
