You won't regret this decision vs. not doing it. I've ordered from askme4parts too. Great prices, fast shipping. I like him.

Yes i know i wont regret it now that yall have helped me convince myself about doing the head all over again i think its actually really fun ienjoyed doing the cams valvesprings just head work, and putting the new metal headgaskit on. At first when i installed the new parts in my head i was like alittle iffy and not so sure about taking the head off in general.

I just want to say Thanks a million guys i really appreciate it alot for all your help.

also for installing head studs you dont need the tool. Your supposed to go hand tight with them.

yall think this CLR will work to clean off my Block before i paint it the Aluminum color also here is a pic of what the block looks like with i think it calcium build up from the salt water in all over Japan. When i got my front clip about 2 yeas ago it was coverd in that calcium build up looking stuff.

ARP instructions say you should tighten the studs hand tight then place your head on the block and go through the torque down process for the nuts.

Thanks man. hey do you have a pic of the V1 short shifter id like to know more about that. what do you mean its not working right? oh nevermind I know which one your talking about now, i really hate the V1 i dont like how their designed to be used in the stock shifter plate. I also really dont like the ring

The short shifter that i use is the Megan Racing Version 2 and i absolutly love it. I love it so much i bought another for my CA S13 its same as circuit sports V2 and similer to the B&M short shifter.

all the version 2 takes to take off is four allen head screws.

But I do advise use not to use the the bushing that comes with the shifter, use the stock bushing or a new one from the nissan dealer the part# is 32861-H7301 i always keep 5 extra in my Glove box lol. Its circled in red i found out the hard way mine broke while i was in the process of drifting at one of my local drift days

Megan Raceing short shifter V2

Circuit sports V1
