SL 6 Disc Changer swap

I have a 2008 versa and would like to swap my stereo for a 6 disc changer and mp3 model from an SL.

I asked the service department at the dealer and they said the wiring is totally different and it is not possible.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

They're wrong. It's a direct plug-in swap.
