sirius satellite radio in 08 versa?

hey guys i have an 08 versa with the blue tooth and smart key but i miss my sirius i can put the portable one but i like having the antena adapter so that you dont get nasty static anyone have a solutions for this?

I use the S50 portable unit and it works great.They have newer units out now but I have a docking station for the S50 in my 2 cars and even on my motorcycle.

Meaning a permanently installed unit, like what would have come from the factory?

in 08, Nissan switched over to XM units exclusively.

I don't KNOW of any differences in the HU or wiring between the convenience packages for 07 and 08. If you are adventurous, you can buy the OEM Sirius kit for the 07 Versa. It might work.

It's also $300, and there's not guarantee that it WILL work for sure. Since the satellite kits are special order parts at Nissan dealers (even Courtesy Nissan), it is not likely you will be able to return it if it doesn't work.

The choice is yours.
