The things I'd check to see if your ignitor is bad or a bad CAS. I was running SOHC engine bay harness with the CA18 Engine harness with no problems. check out this webiste and see if you forgot to wire any of these wires since there is a few specific wires that run your ignition. This is for an SR swap guide but the wiring is almost the exact same for CA.http://www.frsport.com/SR20DET....html

Also on the CA18 engine bay fuse panel it has this with actually 6 relays(one being empty N&P) but it doesn't seem to matter if the ignition location relay is empty on the SOHC harness for some reason it works without it.

Well then try swapping ignitors. see if he can start up his car with your ignitor.

yea he can start his car with both but mine still has no spark with either... i used his ecu and tried to move some wires but still nothing... the only think i saw different was that he has more plugs than me on the engine bay harness because he has four relays and i have 3

Well I wouldn't think that would matter since I ran on SOHC engine bay harness the whole time I was running on stock computer. The next thing I'd check is the crank angle sensor and the wiring to that.
