Last question, I promise ! About the sunload sensor:It has a black and orange wires. The other side (to the JDM DCC) has a light green/black(LG/B) and green/yellow (G/Y) wires.

Which wire of the sunload sensor where I should connect to the DCC wires:Black to ?Orange to ?

I appreciate your help, guys

Here you go. This sensor has polarity, so you must connect it right.

Black --> Green/Yellow (G/Y)Orange --> Green/Black(LG/B)

Here's the pics for visual guys.

I found another write up. This one uses analog air mix door cable instead of metal rod from JDM s13, so you can still do it even though you only have the motor.

http://www.ziptied.com/?p=49

Anyway, I have some pics to share. Went to junkyard and had a chance to take some good pics.

Look at the box in the middle and you will see the cable under the box. That's air mix door cable.

I found another box that's under the golve box and attached it to the center one like this.

Air mix door linkage. I moved it back and forth and door was maving this way.

This is a box that you see under the glove box. Blower resitor can be found in this one.

Side view.

This is what broadfield was talking about. It was already touching the line like this. It's a thin line, so you can carefully bend it. You can use back of screw drive and push it. No need to grind down the JDM resistor. Coorect me if I'm wrong.

I looked at it carefully, but I still couldn't find where aspirator hose goes to. Can anyone point out where it goes?

Found out where the aspirator hose goes on USDM air box. Ignore the outline and cut like this to install.

This is JDM air box.

My question is... Is it going to be possible to cut out a hole and install the hose without taking the dash out?

A question about the temperature readings.....Mine shows wrong values for the outside temp. For an example, when outside is near 0 degrees celcius, the DCC main unit shows -9 degrees celcius (diring the test mode).

The same thing happends with the in cabin temp readings. I can feel a temperature not more than 25 degrees, but the DCC shows about 32.

Is that normal, do I need to replace the sensors (during the test DCC reported all of they are ok), or what else can I do?

Thanks for the attention, fellas

There is a calibration procedure that you need to follow, iirc, that is accessed through the diagnostic menu.

I'll add one more picture since we don't have a clear shot. This is the door linkage.

Does anybody know if the sensors from a 94 maxima would work? like the sunload sensor, ambient temp sensor, in car temp sensor?

Yes. They say exactly which year model on the first couple pages of this thread I can't remember exactly which ones but it is the Maxima's that came with the Autocons.

Does any have a schematic for the JDM blower motor sensor and the JDM HVAC control and USDM parts? If you have any schematics on any of those parts it would be a great help to me.

Sorry to bring this thread up again, but I have an issue with the outside temp sensor, as I already say in my previous post. Outside is near 28 degrees Celcius (28 C), but the sensor in TEST mode shows 11 C ! What can cause that? I tried with a outside sensor from Nissan Primera (Infinity G20) but the readings was still the same.

What can be that? Any ideas to fix?Thanks..

Does anyone know which is the exactly place, where originally the air mix mode motor are situated?Especially, the angle and position of the motor to the heater matrix box.

I have some troubles, when the temp. are set to 32 C, any noise coming from the motor...But it works well at the moment..

what I ment was I shouldnt have to go cutting my harness or anything up where I have an already JDM car. Should it just be "Plug and Play"?
