Hey all,

I have a 1991 SR Silvia, I just installed a front mount intercooler kit and then had to switch to a smaller battery in order to make it fit. Will crank but not start, all idiot lights are on when keys are in/out.

Put the new tiny battery in (Tractor Battery) and now my battery, and oil lights are on in the dash regardless of whether the key is in or out. Fuel pump is not humming when key in ACC.Fuses seem fine, all relays checked out to be okay??? Put in the stock battery and made no difference, idiot lights were still on when keys out.

The same thing happened with my FC3S, and it turned out to be a bad ground, I have no idea where to begind with that. I dont see any abnormalities!

HELP!

The only thing you can do is start tracing ground wires and make sure that they're attached to the body somewhere. I know it's tedious but it needs to be done.
