Ok so I have the same old same old stalling problem as most KATs out there (I more or less fixed it by raising the idle to 900-950) however...

My BOV doesn't make a sound! All I hear is a fluttering sound, which im assuming is wastegate flutter.

The signal line is T-ed off from the intake area to the fpr...

BOV is an australian copy of the SSQV(same design, same valves, and same colors)... after reading a few downunder forums I have come to find that the owners(S13's and skylines) are happy that it performs just like an SSQV albeit some-what sketchy due to the price...

I'm expecting a high pitched whistling bird like sound but i'm getting nothing!

Mine never made that much of a sound besides the chatter/flutter until I got above 10psi. At 15psi it sounds totally different and crazy....

Your referring to the ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch sound right? Yeah thats the sound of the air thats left after the BOV discharge coming back up into the turbo and getting spit out the intake of it if I am not mistaken.
