Sweet man, take pictures! I'm running at about 9psi, and it doesn't creep at all. Crap, I was running at 6.5psi for the longest time, again no creep. The tuned ECU I have runs like crap with my setup (with the E-manage). Nobody seems to know what your settings are supposed to be when you run an E-manage with tuned ECU (with Z32 MAF).

Awesome! good to hear...

It should be pretty easy... I would assume that if you are running a tuned ECU that the emanage would only serve to fine tune on top of the ecu.

So... all you should have to set on the emanage would be to zero all your settings out (including your injector conversion factor), set your timing back to factory and go from there. Since theoretically your tuned ecu should compensate for your injectors and MAF, it should be able to mix the fuel correctly and account for timing. All the emanage would do would be to fine tune the areas where your ecu tune leans out, richens up, or cant correct for the timing.

do you have maps for your setup? also who did the ecu tune? I know I am only working with additional injection right now (waiting on my timing harness and boost pressure sensor) so all I did was retard the timing at the distributor and I dont boost it past 8-10 psi if I can help it. Id be really interested to hear about you getting this thing running right...

yeah right now I've just done a very basic fuel tune on the E-manage. The ECU (which I'm not using) is tuned by E-mance. When I put it in (and zero out the E-manage), the car runs extremely rich at idle, and then doesn't like to rev past 3.5k RPMs (and it would pop and backfire, etc). Also, after returning for a drive, the turbo glows red hot. I tried a couple different settings (changed MAF input on the E-manage from NS-HW7 to NS-HW2) with no results. I never changed any of the dip switches inside though.

Do you have software to read an ECU tune?

unfortunately I dont... but it sounds like youre MAF might not be wired in right. If neither the ecu tune OR the emanage can correct for it, then I'd have to believe its an electrical problem somewhere.

does the car run ok without the ecu tune and just the basic fuel corrections? also you might want to check to see if your dial settings on the side of the emanage are correct... I forget off the top of my head what those settings are for the ka

you also might try unhooking the emanage and just going with the straight ecu tune to test it. I haven't wired in my z32 MAF yet, though, so what do I know

@papasmurf2k - i think i have a copy of that lying around just need to get a USB cable to goto a laptop and you hsould be good to go but with the blue emanage remember that its "tuned" maps are password protected so youll have to start off with your own. _Edit_ nevermind i see that your already doing that " iz must read gooder" next time.

The car runs fine with the Emanage and the stock ECU. I plug in the tuned ECU, and there is no way (that I have found) to tune the E-manage to make the car run correctly.

Right now its running with the emanage and stock ECU. I'm limiting it to 9psi, as opposed to the planned 15-18 psi with the tuned ECU.

the wastegate spring is probably a 15 or so pounds springs, u'd have to swap out the spring for a softer one
