Morning All,
Happy Independence Day!

I just gutted my interior and realized that the shifter dust boot is not OEM, nor i s the shifter I believe. Can anyone out there shed some light on what I have?

The fun part of buying a used car

Thanks,
Greg

Judging by the picture you posted and the wealth of detailed info on your problem, it appears you bought a 2-Door Accord and not a Z32. Best light I can shed on the problem based upon the photos I'm not looking at.

haha RubyRed300zx,

If you right-click on the image, you can open it up in another tab. Not sure why it's not showing in the post.

Interesting. That definitely isn't stock. Is that a short throw shifter? Can't say I've seen that before.

Agreed not OEM, and without markings is just a no-name e-bay shifter most likely
