Hey all- it's been a while since i posted here about my car, I figured I would give an update. A few weeks ago I did in fact get my car running again, I've been gradually tweaking it as I drive it to work out some of the bugs. The new transmission feels great, but my clutch isn't disengaging all the way and i need to bleed it a bit more. It runs sort of funny, but i suspected thats because I was on a stock ecu with no tune, and i had lots of aftermarket goodies. The JWT ecu came yesterday and i installed it, the car runs much better. But there is one last concern, it has no power, it's not boosting at all. You can hear a hissing noise in the engine bay when its idling, and the idle fluctuates, from searching the forums i discovered this is most likely a major vacuum leak causing me to lose power. it just doesn't boost at all, i thought for a while my wastegates were stuck, but i can hear them clicking when i tested them (they're connected to the throttle body pipes, i don't have a boost controller). I did NOT sync my wastegates when they were out of my car, and thats a big mistake on my part, but is it my problem? In an hour or so i'm taking some carb cleaner and im gonna go try to find that damn vacuum leak. Does anyone have any more ideas on whats wrong with my car? i really appreciate all your comments, and i'll give an update in a few hours once I give up trying to find that leak.

Wastegates absolutely must be synced, and you either have a vacuum leak or a boost leak. Either one will cause the symptoms you described, but I'd lean more towards boost leak. Check all your intake hoses. Very common for the one on the charge side of the turbo to not get tightened back down.
