upload pics to a site that allows you to get the full path to the image.
some people use photobucket (i don't). If you have the pics on facebook, right click on the image to get the path. copy the path. Click the Img button. This will give in brackects open image and close image tags. Then paste the image path in between the image tags.
You can then do a preview to see if it worked.
