I was supposed to buy the parts needed to service my s13 today but ended up getting confused about what im supposed to get. Can some one just tell me what exactly im supposed to get to service my car, it's a 1990. The reason i got confused was because when i went to my local parts store and asked for 1990 s13 240sx service parts they gave me parts for a ka and not a ca18det.

so i did some searching about what plugs, oil, oil filter etc... to get and i got confused and fustrated because it wasn't clear what i was supposed to get because different people were using different stuff depending on their set up and the climite of the palce they drive.

All i want is for someone to tell me exactly what parts to get and from what car and what year car so that i can print it out and take it to the store and get the parts.

I realise that in order for anyone to be able to help me out they need to know my set up. The engine is bascically stock except for a hks air intake system, a fmic ,a greeddy type s bov and a turbo timer. also im running stock boost and the climate of where it is driven is exactly like florida or a little bit hotter.

so can some one please give me a list.

the list need to be something like this:

1) oil filter - 1994 Z32 nissan2) oil - 20w-503) spark plugs - x4 19?? pulsar NGK PFR6B-94) fuel filter - ?????etc....

Please read the stickies. 90% of all maintenence items that you will need for the motor is going to be for a 1988 Pulsar NX SE.

i think thats all i need to change because since i have a hks air filter all i have to do is clean it with water and dry it or is their some other things i should change at the same time.

Also i thought it is better to use the Z32 oil filter.

should i really use 10w50 fully synthetic oil because in the fsm it says that i should use 20w50 or does it not make a difference?

Also i am changing my fan belt and timing belt for these i should ask for the 1988 Pulsar NX SE ones right?

Yes the timing belt can come from a Pulsar CA18DE from what I believe is a Pulsar NX SE

It's also the same as a 1988 Nissan Pulsar NX SE, which, I would think, would be cheaper than one for an Audi. At least in the US it would be.
