We had our 99 Ininfiti I30 put on the computer due to the "Service Engine Soon" light coming on. The computer gave us two codes: P1320 and P0325.

Can anyone tell me what these codes are and how to resolve the issue? This car has approx. 35,000 miles on it. Thanks!

P0325 Bank #1 Knock sensorP1320 Igniter malfunction #5

Maybe #5 coil is defective

You should still be inside the 6 year 70k drive train warranty, have the dealer fix it!

Well, there in lies the problem. We rebuilt the car and I don't think the warranty still applies to take it in to the dealer. So I think if we can, this will be one of those DIY projects. Father in law is very mechanically inclined so I think the project *could* be done, he just doesn't know how to interpret the codes for a fix.

Which is available on http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/infiniti for download as a .pdf. You'll need $20, a high-speed connection, and a pot of coffee.
