Sentra S 2009 front speaker removal (panel)

Hi to all, well the title says it all, I would like to know, with pictures if possible, how to remove the front doors panels to change my 6x9 speakers. I am aware that there is 2 little panels to be removed under the door knob and another in the hole near the arm rest but after what am I to do, pull the hell out of it ? I love my car alot so I dont really have the will to try pulling on the door without knowing if I will or not break something.

I'll see if I can get you some pics by tomorrow. The front door speakers on the S are not that bad!!! I added a 10" sub and Amp to my rear speakers and now the radio sounds GREAT!!! It's not a killer system by any means but it sounds amazingly clean and more than loud enough for me!!

Hi, yeah they are sounding really clean but I want a really loud sound system so I bought infinity kappa 608.9 component speakers. 90 rms watt per side instead of 20! anyway thanks already for those picture dude your a nice guy

Sorry i dont believe i have pics of the process.

to remove the front door panals, you will need a flathead screw driver, and philips head screw driver, and a 10mm ratchet.

1) remove the little panal behind the door handle and remove the screw.

2) remove the little panal and screw behind door lock.

3) pull the mirror cover off with flathead screw driver, it will pop right out.

4) Remove window switch panal with flathead screw driver, and carefully remove the wiring connectors.

5) Behind the switch panal is a 10mm bolt head, remove the bolt.

6) Place hands along bottom of door panal and pull. its not hard, and will pop right off.

7) lift up at top of door to remove edge where it meets window.

thats it. just reverse order when your done.

BTW little hint. the door handle has 2 cords going to them, they pop right out if you need to remove panal completely. when you reinstall panal, make sure those cables are where they belong, or you may find out later that inner door handle wont work, but exterior one does. I did that once.
