Hi, I want to plug an amp in my car but I need to pass a 4 gauge cable to connect to the battery. The thing is that I cant find the removable plug called a firewall from inside the engine.... what would be the safest place to pass my 4 gauge cable?

Thank you very much

Best way is to go through the huge engine harness grommet from the passanger compartment. if you look under the driver side dash board, close to the left side, you will see a large buddle of wires going through the fire wall. You can use a screw driver to get through the many layers of the grommet. Personally, i taped the screwdriver to the wire i need to pass through, and pushed real hard. Best to do with 2 people, one on each side of the firewall. The grommet leads to a section behind the stock airbox. So push through about 2 feet so you can grab the wire to route it where you want it, without removing the airbox. I say this because removing of the airbox is a long process, in which you need to remove the battery, and the tray, and the ecu brackets.

Its actually a spot next to this big bundle of wires. Its plugged up by a rubber stopper, just remove and feed the wire to the right and your good.
