Security light?

The security light in the dash has stoped blinking or even turning on at all, this happened about the same time that the driver side door lock will only unlock the driver door. The passenger side lock will unlcok both with two-turns. Btw does this have anything to do with me not able to program the FOB, and how can i fix this problem.

Sounds like the Timer is borked.
