Seatbelt problem

I recently have problem with the seat belt on the passenger side.Somehow it's jam, Have anyone experience this problem before and know of a fix or is it a defect from the manufacturer and I should take it back to the dealers.

Any suggestions???

everything under the srs system is covered for life under warranty..take it to the dealer...it needs a new seatbelt unless you got somethin stuck on it

I had a Saab 95 with simular problem. I've found some paper tissues in the mating part of the seat belt. Most likely from my son. I educated him how important the seat belt is and took the paper tissue out from the lock. I am not sure that is the case but it could be. I asked that time the Saab dealer said the same thing what infinititech said lifetime waranty. Nothing to lose you can take it to the dealer anytime.

Hey thanks for all your suggestion.After playing around with the seatbelt I got it to losen up. It's working good now.

My 05 has a similar problem...Does yours make a loud clicking when it retracts?
