Seafoaming a 2000 Maxima

I bought some seamfoam and need to do this on my car but im not sure how to do it using the vaccumm lines and the gas tank is pretty simple and ive read that if its a old motor is not the best thing to put any in the oil the car has 223,000 miles on it any advice would be greatly appreciated
