sd22 need help

hello everyone,
i am new to this forum and not good with a computer. i tryed to find this by search but no luck. so if any one can tell me were to find were the computer is located on my 81 720 diesel would be a big help.thanks

I don't know about a diesel, but mine is under the drivers seat.

I don't think the diesel has an ECU.

i was told there is a computer that controls the injector jump. the throttle only controls the air intake.does any one know for sure?

My chilton shows it to be behind the glove box and something else(can't remember) to the right of the g/b on the frame.

i found another forum last night( 720world) and found out all about what i was looking for. it is called the dpc , what it does and how it works. thank you for taking the time to reply.
