My 2010 G37X with Premium & Nav has been acting very strange of late. Sporadically, after you select a person to call off of the in-car screens call list, it will start to call and then the "Calling" screen disappears and the person you called is on your cell phone and not on your blue tooth. The person you called can hear my radio, but not me. If you look on the screen, it still shows the phone is connected, but just won't go thru the Blue tooth. I called my Infiniti dealer and they had not heard of this happening before. Have any of this sites members ever experienced this? Thanks

next time you at the dealer ask if you have the latest software for the Nav/audio system. if you dont have the "call waiting" feature you have old software.

Thanks for the feedback - I do have the latest Nav update. I deleted the phone from the car's Bluetooth setup and then did a software update on my Verizon phone. Reinstalled the phone and so far, so good. Looks like I may have solved it.

I've had my bluetooth drop but the handset still be functioning. In my coupe I have to turn my phone on and off a couple times before it will connect (blackberry curve). In the sedan it connected immediately until the wife had her hand it it. I had it setup to ask before connecting. She borrowed my phone and when it kept asking to connect she "disabled" it. Of course, to her, disabled and deleted seem to be the same thing.

One of these days I will remember to repair the phone :)

What phone are you using? Some work better than others.

Check out Infiniti's site for tested/approved phones: http://www.infinitiusa.com/bluetooth/
