Scratch Out

Shortly after I got my G, my roll down garage door put a scratch dead center on the rear bumper. Its down to black, but there's no scratch in the plastic itself. The dealer will repaint the bumper for $250. I haven't tried a bumper repair service yet because someone told me they'd rattle can the bumper.

What's worked for bumper repair for you guys? I'm willing to pay the big bucks, but would wait a while for more scratches to appear.
