I'm down for it. Long as it doesn't fall on a saturday that I work. I'd rather spend my birthday weekend at a meet anyway.

Yeah, it was nice to finally meet some of you guys so i could put a face to the name. hopefully we can get these going more often. all we need is the participation. i am more than willing to help plan events and whatnot. Spread the word to people you know. Everyone is welcome as long as it's in good taste(were not trying to start any pissing contests here).

I found out today that I am in fact not going to Iraq at the end of the month so I will be down for another meet sometime too. just let me know dates and times and whereabouts you guys want it. I'm usually down for whatever(whether or not my wife comes is another question). I just prefer locations where we won't be bothered by cops(everybody that was there know's why, lol). that is why i got permission from my uncle to use the parking lot(sorry it was so small).

maybe we could get together at an autocross/drag event down at qualcomm or something. i know d1 is coming up next month too. we could caravan out there(I think they give car clubs preferred parking there, anybody wanna be a part of just merging motorsports, <--------- shameless plug, lol)

Seriously though guys, you were all really cool and not stuck up like SOME of the 240 guys are. I will definately be looking forward to the next meet(and when that ka-t gets tuned, :P)

if you guys are up for the D1 event I'll caravan up there. Now that I have confidence my car can make the drive(arizona was a good test bed).

i kinda liked meeting up there, it was in a good location and next time everybody should try and stick together when we go for a drive.

They told me I didn't have to worry about going at all unless I re-enlisted again(fat chance of that happening). They said I'm not needed any more and that the entire unit should be back by April so not to worry about it. But, as with everything in the military I'm not going to hold my breath. It could always change.

Will, did you see the pic my wife snapped of everybody gathered around my car when i had the hood up. she snuck that on there, I got home and was like WTF when I saw it. In case you haven't noticed I prefer to be rather modest. I bought it for me to enjoy, to hell with all of you, j/k. It's just one of those things that after you've had it for awhile it doesn't exactly have the wow(visually) factor anymore.

I'm definately down to cruise with you guys up to d1(it would be an early day for me though). I'm all screwed up now on my new schedule. I work every other night on duty(like I am now) then spend the rest of my time working on cars(usually my own, I've got 3 to maintain and another 240 i need to get running) not too mention I'm the neighborhood go to guy when the neighbors have problems with their cars. I just try to help who I can cause i hate to see people get scammed by lazy *** mechanics. It kinda sux though cause i could probably make a lot of money from my neighbors but I'm just too nice of a guy. Oh well.

I saved all the pics onto my computer. Thanks for doing that for us. Like a dumbie I left my digital at home and didn't realize it until I picked up Matt. I was 30 minutes out so there was no way of going back and getting it. grrr

Anyway it's definetly something I won't forget. And wish to repeat.

Muahahaha! I finally got my old sn back. (this is hyb_force_solider).

I need to invest in a camera. But right now I'm broke as hell and need a job.

justmerging, your SR it pretty clean. Makes me want to go boost. I want more power out of my A12A (1.2L Carb OHV I-4 Alum head Iron Block). It's only outputing about 69 hp to the flywheel at most. But I decided I'll want to swap in a KA sometime in the future.

Okay, anyone have an idea of where we want to meet? Let's start planning now so we don't flounder around at the end of the month.

Also knowing what day everyone is free on would be a good idea too. I'm free on Friday's and on weekends.
