Welcome to Season 5 of San Diego Club Racing! Join us June 3rd to start the season with autocross at Qualcomm stadium. Passengers are welcome at both Autocross and Drag events. These events are beginner friendly. We now have an AWD class too. We are all looking forward to yet another huge and exciting racing season! Thank you, and good luck!

The official San Diego Club Racing series, Season 5 schedule:

Race # 1: June 3rd Autocross, Qualcomm Stadium, STD rules best time of 4 runs. Facebook event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/195848157161655/

Race # 2: June 24th, Autocross, Qualcomm Stadium, Rally timing rules, all penalties and times summed up, DNF Penalty.

Race # 3: Aug 26th, Drag Race 1/8th mile @ Barona Drags, Accumulation timing, red light penalty and Reaction time come into account.

Race # 4: September 9th, Drag Race 1/8th mile @ Barona Drags, Bracket racing style. (details and rules to be announced as the final decision is reached)

Please note that Drag racing events are subject to change Due to weather or @ Barona Drag Owner's consent! Weather has no impact on Autocross dates, racing goes on rain or shine!

Same basic rules as last Seasons:
2wd vehicles: FWD, and RWD only.
Awd vehicles: separate class.
280 Treadwear or higher tires only.
Dash and at least a driver and passenger seat with seat belts required.
$45 series entrance fee, all other costs are not associated with SDCR.
$30-$50 (depending on SCCA membership Status) entrance fee goes to the SCCA at the time of the autocross.
4 races total, 2 autocross at Qualcomm, 2 Drag races at Barona.
Winner of season 4 pushes the previous defending champion from the podium, $300 cash, free boba, 4 free dyno pulls, and giant trophy!
