after careful consideration i decided to let my teacher build my engine for me. http://www.salterracingengines.com

im still considering on wheather set the piston bore to hold more boost or not.. the only problem is that i dont think anyone makes the copper head gasket for this thing. do anyone know if there is a manufacturer that does?

salter can do the machining, but let me know..

If you really need a copper headgasket, I can help. Let me know if you're serious and I'll drop you an email.

im serious about the copper gasket. head gasket also needs to have a .036 stainless wire to seal the piston and hold the boost and the only draw back is if its not done correcly water will leak.

yes im very interesting and i want to do everything right for this engine...

Thats affirm on the ca18det HGs. Works perfectly on the singe cams.

IMO OEM HG and proper torque spec/sequence/retorque is all you need

Cometic makes a copper HG. Another S12 member is also going to use that in his ET build. Look into DE/DET rods as an upgrade for the ET also.
