Safc 2 maf issue 5 volts at idle?

Heres my setup on 1995 Hardbody
JGS Turbo manifold
GSP GT3582 turbo
2.5" downpipe/exhaust with borla muffler
38mm wastegate currently 8psi
LUK Gold series clutch
dsm 450cc Injectors with 240sx intake swap
Stanza U12
OK so truck idles drives 9-10.6 afr. I have double triple checked wiring all soldered in. Right now have maf wired in like all write ups show online. Now if I have the black or orange ground wired into the harness either both at same time or only one. My maf voltage on safc reads like in first pic. If I have one ground soldered in and one grounded to chassis I get no reading and then will not rev past 2500-2700 just like when maf is bad/unplugged. I have tried 2 mafs of my other vehicles and same results. Any ideas where to go next? Also I have eliminated the safc and still runs same afrs.
