I have bought used low-mileage ball bearing turbo from S15 Spec-R (GT28R):

But the turbo has side-to-side end play, and in-out play, that was noticeable....however, I was decided to put in to te CA...

Before that I have checked do I need an oil restrictor, and I found that:

It's a tiny round hole just inside the oil inlet on the CHRA. People has told me that is a build oil restrictor, so I don't need additional one.

Well, I put the turbo on, started the car, makes near 30 miles with hard acceleration (tuning the car) with a near and over 1 bar boost, and the turbo doesn't smoke or else.

But, last night, when I go to final test, I have noticed that the turbo blowns oil at the outlet, to the intercooler pipes. The strange part is that I don't have any blue smoke, even at hard acceleration.

But the oil into the turbo outlet is a noticeable as quantity.

Any suggestions what can be that?

So you noticed you had a bad turbo because of the shaft movement before you put it on your car. You then put it on your car and now you see oil, right? So instead, you want advice as to what we think you should do when you already knew the answer. You bought a bad turbo and now you need to buy another because those turbos aren't worth rebuilding. Not trying to be a prick, but if you knew the thing had shaft play, you should've never placed it on your motor. Hopefully you learned a lesson my friend.
