Well i finally got to test my car today..

Its very nice... the boost start kicking a 4000 4300 and scream all the way to 6000 ( i didnt go any further.. ). I will have to check my intercooler piping cuz i cannot boost more than 1.0 bar the boost spike to there and fall back to 0.9.. should be able to boost at 18 psi with this chip.

Except my piping and some spark adjustement the car is reacting perfect to the upgrade im pretty happy . My multichecker showed me 287 Hp on my best run. i would like to get a dyno run but there no one around me area .

Heres a reminder of my setup

s14 Turbo , FMIC , walbroo fuel pump , 444cc injectors, z32 maf

What kind of tools do you need to assemble the chip by yourself?

Assemble the chip? Do you mean install it? If you meant install it, you need to have your ECU socketed. Other than that, the only tool you need is a philips head screwdriver.

thats porbably 287hp and bout 250whp.. sounds bout right... would be interesting to see how the multichecker compares to a Dynojet.

and the only thing is that i find boost is comming in late??? my T3/T4E 50T .63 gets full boost by ~4500rpm and is considerably bigger.

i'll checlk your piping, timing, leaky fuel injector o-rings, leaking vac lines etc...

I got a boost leak somewhere... even with the wastegate unhooked, i hit 1.0 bar and the thing just go back to 0.9 and black smoke. I pressurized my piping and i have a leak near the throttlebody but i didnt find the source.

There is a little (very small) hose directly under the TB. Very hard to see.

I write all my own re-mapping software. For example this is a screen shot of the software I use to re-map CA and SR ECUs:

I can remap all the SR20DET variants, CAs and tried my 1st RB26DETT last weekend. I currently have off the shelf maps for the CA and SR for various mods - more info on my web site

That'd be good if you could - I tried the online password reset but I never received the confirmation email so couldn't log in. I may as well keep the "Jez" account then this one can be deleted if required

I got a program for the 440cc injectors and z32 but I haven't tested it yet, as I don't have the engine up and running yet, if some one is willing to try it, I am willing to share it on this forum as I am honestly tired of people saying the got the program and they won't share it.

I got the ca18det program, all kind of Z32, RB programs and If some one wants it, let me know. zero charge, there should be a sticky here were people dump there programs for others to use, I know some paid for their programs but life is a two way highway, you gotta give some to get some.

Owell, any one willing to try this program with in a week let me know and I will email you the bin file.

Thank you,

RafiPULSAR GTR

Rafi, can you burn a chip or no? I am interested in trying out your program, but I don't have a chip burner. I have an extra ecu with an unknown chip in it that I can pull to test. I guess send me the program and I'll try and find someone here in Orlando that can burn it for me

Thanks man,Sean

hey jez I was wondering if you had a 550/z32 chip. I'd love to get some of the black soot of the back of my rear end. makes people look at me funny, it looks like my s13 took a dump.

Gore, if you have black soot on your rear end, I think you need to start using Toilet Paper....
