i have a '95 240 and i need to change the light in the housing thats right next to the main headlight. does anyone know the easiest way to take it out? i looked in the manual and it says to unscrew this one screw and pull it out sideways. . . i think i heard a crack or something when i tried that. any ideas?

You don't pull it sideways... you have to push the whole housing straight fwd.. there is a little round clip that goes into the headlight housing so don't pull it anyother way... get your palm on the end of the side h ousing and then push it fwd kind of like pusing the car fwd... same direction... i wish I can get a picture... i'm going ot look at the pic and shw it

it comes strait out... If you use a flat head form inside the motor you can kinda pry it out.

those things are kind of a b**** to get out, you just have to pull hard and they will pop out.
