s14 manual swap question

I have a 1996 s14 se non ABS automatic. i have most of the parts to do the conversion but, Do i still need a driveshaft from a manual s14 if i plan on putting a j30 or z32 Vlsd in?

Yes, preferably an S14 ABS shaft

btw the z32 needs a non-abs shaft while the j30 needs an abs shaft. gear ratios are different detween the two, only the later year j30's use 240sx axles and abs shaft.The z32 diff needs older j30 axles and non-abs shaft. old j30 diffs needs old axles and abs shaft.....
