s14 ka24de problems

Allright so ive had my 91 240sx with an s14 ka24de swap for about 7 months now, and all of my problems (and theres been alot) have been chaise related, up until this point ive loved how reliable my ka is. but then everything went to hell yesterday, it struggles on idle dipping down to 200 rpm or so and causing alot of shaking, during acceleration it will lose power for a second then get it back then lose it again (choppy like) till im past 3k or sometimes it will just continue to struggle to the point where its hard to pull up hills, when its struggling the exhaust sounds different. im no mechanic, thats why im here asking for all of your help, my first thought was misfire but when im in neutral it revs fine just makes a different sounds when rpms are coming down and of course still struggles with idling. so any input will be greatly appreciated and im here to answer any questions cus im not going anywhere till its running haha

sounds like a blocked cat to me...only real way to test is either pull it and do a visual test to see if it looks blocked...or to pull it and go for a very loud drive and see if the problem goes away.
