I just put some of the polyurethane Energy sway bar linkages on the rear and I am not sure what to torque them down to. The FSM recommends something really low, like 8.7 ft-lbs for the stock type, and I found a few various other forum posts recommending anywhere from that to 104 ft-lbs. That's a big range, so does anyone know what it should be?

Check, thanks! I set the wrench to 35 ft-lbs just as an indicator and I started tightening. I stopped when they started to show signs of obvious compression and there were a few threads sticking out the top of the nut, the wrench never clicked so it was somewhere less than that.

Ya, it was some installation thread on FA. Funny that even though he said 78-104 ft-lbs on the end links, his didn't look much more compressed than mine. I am not sure that he got the right kit though, because I think every install I've seen required you to put a jack under the sway bar to get the threads to protrude on top and his stuck way through without any assistance.
