No offense but are you aware of just how easy it is to slide a 240? i have noticed no difference in sliding with the box in and it still easily spins the tires and can slide...i have brand new tires and all that weight in the back and its basically just as fast as it was before. if anything the weight helps a tiny bit with bad weather....i dont *drift* i just have fun...street car not track and if it was it is easily removable. and believe me the 240 has several purposes and some more important than drifting.

the 'purpose' of a 240sx is not drifting, it's just done with them because they are perfect for it, just as the 'purpose' of a honda isn't to rice it out, it's just done with them because they are perfect for it.
