We hooked up the brace Sunday. With the condition of my stock bracket, it might have been easier to use a Nismo brace and replace the whole thing, but after using a hydraulic spreader and some tap-tap-taperoos, we were able to get the pieces in solidly. One note for anyone with a HICAS car- the holes for your steering hose bracket may not line up with those one this brace- Make sure you take a look before you start bolting up! It does not appear to be the same alignment. We ended up just zip-tying, which should be fine, but it doesn't quite have the perfect fit look anymore. I may go back later and figure out some way to modify and make it fit better, but for now, its fine.We took the car out after installation. Some quick lane changes and driving up driveways at angles confirms there is a slight difference on my car, which is pretty good, considering how heavily braced my car is already (strut bars, fender braces, recently repaired frame rail). I definitely give it 2 thumbs up
